No. BK Prepare is a self-help tool. We help you understand what each form asks and fill it in — we're not a law firm and can't represent you in court. For situations our complexity flags surface, we'll recommend you talk to an attorney.
For straightforward cases, many people file Chapter 7 pro se (without an attorney). If your case hits any of our 11 complexity flags — prior bankruptcy, business interests, lawsuits, etc. — we'll tell you, and you should strongly consider hiring one.
